An aerospace company needed to manipulate turbine blades in and out of their furnace that is used to shape the blades. They weigh in at a mere 75kg but had to be rotated in extreme temperatures of 600 0C.
We solved there problems with our LIFTAssist Manipulator giving them full control in their unique environment.
Our standard LIFTAssist unit can pick products up to capacity of 80kg. We can increase this to 160kg using our counterbalance system.
